WELSH CONSTRUCTION, LLC. was formed in 2003 by owner and president, Ken R. Welsh for the purpose of providing Commercial Construction and Development Services to a select clientele in Central Florida. We have since provided construction services to numerous clients throughout the Florida market developing a proven track record of successful projects.

Mr. Welsh has an extensive background in the construction industry being the co-owner and company qualifier of G&S Contractors, Inc. for 15 years and subsequently merging with BRPH Construction Services, Inc. becoming the Director of Operations and company qualifier for 5 years prior to forming WELSH CONSTRUCTION.

WELSH CONSTRUCTION has managed the design coordination, development and construction of the 300,000SF, 31 acre church campus of Calvary Chapel in West Melbourne, FL and their 67,000SF, 16 acre Viera, FL facility.

Other WELSH CONSTRUCTION projects involved Design Coordination, Development and Construction of several multi-family projects and self storage facilities, a wet slip marina and boat yard, interior office/business build outs, medical facilities, schools, government facilities and other commercial projects.

WELSH CONSTRUCTION has extensive construction services and development experience with corporate clients such as Hospital Corporations of America, Life Care Centers of America, DynCorp International, Florida Institute of Technology, Harris Corporation, Florida Power and Light, Bell South/ATT, Albertson Food Stores, Winn Dixie Food Stores, Culberson Plastics and Norsk Hydro, and government clients such as Palm Beach County Schools, Brevard County Schools, Osceola County Schools, United States Postal Service, NASA, U.S. Navy, Brevard County, City of Cape Canaveral and City of Melbourne, among others.
